Competition Time,  Me Time

Vegan beauty finds from Tropic Skincare + a giveaway!

I’ve been investing in my skincare a lot more lately. Like so many of us I am guilty of not taking a lot of care of my skin. So when I do use products I want them to deliver results.

I’m also taking more time to make sure my beauty buys are cruelty free. I’d seen a lot about Tropic Skincare online, but never taken the plunge. So when I was introduced to Tropic Ambassador Leah through a mutual friend, it was a great match.

Tropic is 100% cruelty-free, vegan and uses natural ingredients. They are all sustainably sourced too. I was surprised at how much choice there is in the range. From skincare to makeup, and haircare to sunscreen, you could easily fill your whole beauty cabinet.

Leah kindly sent me some bits to try which was so exciting! First up, the packaging is beautiful. It is so vibrant and bright, and made me think of exotic holidays (remember the days when we could leave our homes?!).

I received the 3-Step ABC essentials – Cleanser, Toner and Moisturiser. The Smoothing Cleanser, with eucalyptus and rosemary, is fab. Teamed with a bamboo cloth, it leaves your skin feeling really clean and not sticky like some alternatives. It also leaves my face looking really fresh. It smells divine and reminds me of the luxurious products that are used in spas.

Following up with the Vitamin Toner is a great routine and leaves you feeling refreshed and revived. The Skin Feast moisturiser is also lovely. It is hydrating on the skin but doesn’t leave a residue and rubs in nicely.

I also got to try the Clear Skin mask. I love a good face mask as it gives me an excuse for some chill time. It left my skin feeling smooth. It smelt great too so it was a pleasure to keep it on for the 20 minutes!

And as if Leah hadn’t been generous enough, she has given me a fantastic prize for one of my readers to win. There is a Skincare Discovery Kit up for grabs worth £38; perfect for hydrating, refreshing and nourishing skin.

Leah kindly sent me a selection of FOC products to assist with this review. As always, the provision of free products does not influence my opinions, which remain my own and honest.
