Butter and pepper

Many vegetables are only able to be made delicious when you crank up the heat in the oven and add some herbs and or spaces. But we believe that you can keep things simple, cook the vegetables at a low to medium heat, with a couple of simple ingredients.

You will need carrots, parsnips, onions, and corn. Sprinkle over some salt and grill them until they have been lightly browned. Then place them onto the baking tray and pour over some melted butter. Crack Some fresh black pepper over the top and then set in the oven at 200 Celcius for about 30-45 minutes. You can add more butter every 10-15 minutes, with a brush. We also recommend that you use salted butter.

Onions and garlic

Onion and garlic is a particular French combination that you see in many households in France. It’s usually served with chicken legs and games. Many farmers in northern France will have this combination of onions and garlic with their Sunday dinner options. It’s quite simple to make.

Do not peel the garlic, leave it in the husk. However, split the husk or cut it to the middle so each clove is exposed to the heat of the oven. Then you should half or quarter red onions as well as some shallots. Drizzle over some simmered white wine that has had the alcohol cooked off, and a fresh sprinkle of sea salt. Leave the oven in a roasting dish at 200 C for about 20 minutes.

Look it up Jack

Jackfruit is a sweet and exotic fruit. It’s a yellowish color with a green outer shell. You can’t miss it if you skim over an exotic fruit market stall.
