Sustainable shopping made easy with Veo
I’m all about simple steps to become more sustainable. I think if you try to go all-in, it could be overwhelming. And it’s important to embrace sustainability rather than resent it.
The good news is there are so many companies sharing this ethos. One of my favourite latest discoveries is Veo. Veo is an online sustainable marketplace, offering a perfectly curated collection of eco and ethical brands. They span fashion, beauty, food and home, so there is something for everyone.
What I love is their blend of sustainability and quality. Everything they offer is top-notch, although without hefty price tags. There’s a really good range across different budgets so you can easily pick and choose what works within your price range.
I was sent a box of food and drink goodies from Veo to try out. They are all vegan, sustainable and ethically-sourced. My favourite non-alcohol spirit Pentire was included, which is fab. It is so nice with a tonic, bursting with flavour but removing the risk of a headache.
I hadn’t tried Gnawbles by Creative Nature before so I wasn’t sure what to expect. They are really lovely, and I especially enjoyed the ‘Hazelnot’ flavour. Gnawbles are dairy, gluten and nut free. They also contain no palm oil, which is a big bonus.
I’m looking forward to trying cocoa husk tea from The Cocoa Concept, and the BodyHero protein powder. I love exploring new food and drink so it is always exciting for me to try new things.
These are just some of the highlights on Veo. There is so much to explore, I can’t wait to try more. I’m also excited to buy a few pieces from their homewares and fashion range. I’ve got my eyes on some of the beautiful jewellery they offer.
Veo really makes it easier for conscious consumers to shop brands that reflect their values. It is a fantastic platform and I can’t wait to get Christmas shopping on there.
If you’re interested in second-hand shopping as an eco-practice, I’ve written about Rumage.com and how you can shop second-hand stores all in one place.
I received a selection of gifted items for the purpose of this review. As always, the provision of gifted products does not affect my views which remain honest and reflect my own thoughts.

I’ve always shied away from these types of companies as I’ve presumed they’ll have a massive price tag, so I like what you’ve said about fitting with your price range. I like the idea of a non alcoholic spirit as well, being a teetotaller myself, something I may try in the future x
