It’s not very often that I treat myself to luxury beauty products or have a bit of me time, so when I got an invite to a recent event which offered both, I was delighted. The event, held at the refined Hotel Du Vin in Birmingham, was to introduce us to Eden Tree Women – a range of skincare and wellbeing products.
I’m not very good at taking the time to understand what works best for my skin, so it was great to go along to the event and see what the brand offers. I also had the chance to chat to Siobhan, the owner, who has years of experience in dermatology and related fields, and is clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about her business.
Eden Tree Women offers a wide range of products including moisturisers, facial washes, cleansers and serums. You can also choose from their hair care products such as shampoos, conditioners, and even a detangler brush. There’s a lot that’s priced around the £15 mark, so while it’s not your average item from the supermarket, I wouldn’t say it’s extortionate if you wanted to treat yourself or buy a lovely gift for someone.
As part of the event we were lucky enough to be given a packed goody bag, which was full of some amazing products to try out for ourselves. I’m looking forward to giving the Coconut and Vanilla Coffee Scrub a whirl, which is designed to help cellulite, acne, stretch marks and other skin ailments.
Siobhan also gave us a liquid Collagen Multivitamin, which is manufactured in Sweden. The vitamins contribute to healthy and youthful-looking skin, and the collagen provides healthy body tissues. I’m going to get started on these vitamins soon and I’m looking forward to seeing the results (I am quite bad at looking after myself so hopefully this will set me on a new, more disciplined path. We’ll see!).
As well as these usual suspects, the event showcased some of the brand’s new homeware additions. These included candles and reed diffusers which smelt absolutely gorgeous. I am a bit of a sucker for reed diffusers but sometimes they can be so disappointing, yet the ones from Eden Tree Women were really fab. They look really classy and stylish too, and at £14 I think the price is what I would expect to pay to get a reed diffuser of its quality.
It was a really super, festive event (decked out with Christmas tree and fairy lights) and I was so pleased to be invited. I’ll definitely be putting Eden Tree Women products on my Christmas list this year, especially one of those amazing reed diffusers which will look beaut on my mantelpiece and make me feel a little bit more sophisticated amongst my daughter’s many boxes and bags of toys…
Find out more about Eden Tree Women and you can also shop online on their website. The site is also a great hub of information on wellness and skincare, so head over for a bit of a read and I’m sure you’ll find some valuable advice (I know I did).
A big thanks to Siobhan and CCF Media for inviting me along and giving me the chance to try out these products and have a bit of chilled time.
